  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER SUBMITTING MY INQUIRY?

    Once you have contacted Stacey’s Booking Manager (Miranda) with an inquiry via his Inquiry Page, Miranda will review your Inquiry with Stacey and issue a response within 2-5 days. All submissions are appreciated and valued, but not all projects are accepted. If your project is approved we can further discuss your concept and booking options via email. This way our conversation will be kept and we will not lose record of what we have spoken about regarding your project/booking.

  •  WHAT KIND OF TATTOOING DO YOU DO?

Stacey focuses on Black & Grey Work ONLY, preferably in the realistic spectrum. he enjoys doing larger scale work that allows him to produce a piece that impacts the eye and flows with the body.

  •  HOW DO SESSIONS WORK?

Stacey only offers full day sessions. His focus is on large scale work like sleeves and back pieces, so full day sessions are the most efficient way of working on projects of this size.

  • HOW DO I GET A TATTOO IF I DON’T LIVE IN YOUR AREA?

    Stacey enjoys doing conventions and guest spots as often as he can. Announcements for these, including dates and locations, are made on his social media pages (Mainly Instagram). Where he goes/travels for these events can be influenced by his inquiries. Feel free to send an inquiry no matter where you are located so we can try to plan accordingly. or fly in and work with Stacey at his base studio in Sacramento for a tattoo vacation.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION?
    Stacey’s days can vary because he works by appointment only. On days Stacey is in the studio, working hours are 10am – 6pm, only taking one project per day.

  • WILL YOU FINISH A TATTOO OR DO COVERUPS?

          Stacey will not work on tattoos that are not his, and rarely does coverup work (advanced rate).

  • IF I AM UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WITH MY PARENTS CONSENT WILL YOU TATTOO ME?

    No, there are no exceptions.

  • WHAT ABOUT MY REFERENCE MATERIAL AND IDEAS?

    There are Realistic and Unrealistic expectations, Stacey need you to be flexible with your subject matter and open to suggestion. Sometimes ideas are a better place to start since. The more clarity a client has about the ideas and the purpose of their project, the easier and more natural the design/layout will progress. If you do not have an idea, but want to collect a piece from Stacey, he does occasionally post “up for grabs” designs on his available projects page. he does not directly copy other tattoos, if you send him a photo reference of another tattoo he can use it for inspiration, but do not expect to get a copy of the exact same tattoo.

  • HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

    Stacey works by the day not the hour (day rate), accepting 1 project per day (there is no hourly rate available). Doing this allows him to work under no pressure of having the tattoo done by a certain time to stay under an allowed budget.

  • IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

    A deposit is require for each Day/Session,  it is *Non-refundable/Non-transferable. It can not be transferred between clients.

  • HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR A RESCHEDULE?

    Due to Stacey’s travel schedule there is no rescheduling available, Once a date/day is picked and a deposit is paid, there are no changes to the date allowed. thank you for your understanding

  • WHY DID MY PROJECT NOT GET ACCEPTED?

    There are a couple of reasons why a project can be denied. The first being it is not my style of work. The second would be clients that are too “set” on their specific ideas limiting me on the freedom, I usually need, for composition and layout. As an artist that has been in this industry for years I have an understanding of what works, looks good, and will hold over time. I do not believe in putting out work that I feel is not quality.
